This is a real risk reward hole. Big hitters can try to carry the water running across the fairway. You will need to carry at least 240 yards down the left side and up to 280 yards down the right side. If you leave your tee shot right, you are facing a blind shot over sand to the green. The conservative (and usually the best) way to play this hole is to hit your tee shot 150 to 180 yards, leaving a short iron to the well bunkered green.
